Outstanding!! We purchased one of Castlerock’s homes and could not be happier! Josh was so easy to work with and he has been quick to respond to any of our concerns. Our home is absolutely beautiful with details we would not have thought of, all thanks to Josh. We had one issue with the grout after being in the home for a
month, but Josh had someone over that week to address the problem. Brittany (in the office) has always been quick to respond and so polite, whenever we reached out to her during the process. After having such a positive experience with Castlerock, my husband and I would highly recommend!!

We had the opportunity to return to Idaho Falls after spending several years in Georgia. We looked and looked, then we visited the Castlerock home we now call home. It had all of the features and upgrades that we would have picked, had we built it ourselves. As with any new construction, issues often pop up after closing and we’ve appreciated Castlerock’s prompt response and their continued high quality of work.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Their features online were great but after touring their spec home and finished customer homes, I was VERY impressed. It is hard to find this type of craftsmanship in new homes today as this company puts into the ones they have built. They were very attentive and not just during the sale and build but even after completion of the project. If I could buy 5 more I would!
